  • Check Your Support Ticket Status: Check the status of your submitted support ticket. Simply search for your submitted support tickets by your e-mail address. Please enter your e-mail address below and select the "Retrieve Support Tickets" Button. Tickets that are completed (status is Closed) will still be maintained for six months after the closing date.
