SurveyTrak 3.5 Desktop Version

The Desktop Version is a standalone, single-user version installed on a single desktop or laptop computer. It comes with it's own desktop database. The Desktop Version looks and operates the same as the Enterprise Version.

SurveyTrak 3.5 Desktop: $395

SurveyTrak 3.5 Enterprise Version

The Enterprise Version is a client/server, network-based, multi-user version. It can be installed on an unlimited number of workstations within the organization it is licensed to. It utilizes your organization's network-based SQL Server database server or ODBC.

SurveyTrak 3.5 Enterprise: Only $1,495

• SurveyTrak 3.5 Reader. The SurveyTrak Reader comes free with the Enterprise Version. It has the same Search and Reporting capabilities as SurveyTrak. It is a stand-alone program that you may freely distribute to your clients and users outside your organization (via web or other means) so they can import, search, read, and print reports from your data. They will not be able to modify the data.
  
  

SurveyTrak 3.5 Trial Version

The Trial Version is almost a fully functional Desktop Version with no time restrictions imposed. However, since this version is for testing and evaluation purposes only, you can only enter a limited number of records. The Trial Version may be downloaded from our web site free of charge.
