About TrakSoft

TrakSoft is a Professional Software Development and Consulting Firm. It is a spin-off from our nation-wide Information Technology Consulting Firm established in 1990. TrakSoft has three Divisions: Software, Internet, and Consulting.

Software Division

The Software Division researches, designs, and develops commercial software products for the private and government sectors. The software product lines are then sold to other companies.

Internet Division

The Internet Division researches, designs, develops, and administers commercial web sites that offer products and services to the general public.

Consulting Division

The Consulting Division provides Information Technology and Management Consulting Services.

We will not disclose any business or personal information without the expressed consent of the business or individual. We never sell or rent your business or personal information. Our web sites are not set up to track, collect or distribute business or personal information not entered by visitors using cookies or any other method.

Customer Service Policy

We strongly believe in Professional Competence, Conduct, and Integrity. We strive to establish long-term relationships with our clients by providing quality services and products. The bottom line in our Customer Service Policy is 100% Customer Satisfaction. All of our work and products are guaranteed.

Shipping Policy

We ship out products within 48 hours of receipt of payment or purchase order. For downloadable products, customers will receive a link to download the product purchased.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all unopened products. This does not apply to downloadable products.

Web Site Policy

We take pride in our web sites. Our web sites are user friendly and easy to navigate. We attempt to keep the size of our web pages small, to include limited graphics, in order to minimize the time needed to load web pages.

• We do not lock out the "Back" button.
• We do not include pop-up advertising windows.
• We do not use cookies or other methods to collect business or personal information.
• We do not send out unsolicited spam e-mail.
• We do not cover our web sites with advertising. If we link to affiliates, we will dedicate a single page to that effort.
• We do not include anything on our web sites that require the need to download and install plug-ins to be able to view the pages.
• We attempt to keep the code on our web pages fairly generic so they may be viewed by most web browsers, to include earlier versions.
