Login Window

For the Enterprise Version, this window will allow you to log into the system and your organization's database server using standard security.  If your organization uses integrated security, then the "DBParm" parameter in the SurveyTrak.INI file must be empty or null.  To log in using the login window, simply enter your System User ID and Password that were assigned to you by your Database Administrator.
