Regions Lookup Table

If your organization divides the area where you will be managing survey points into regions or other areas, this table will contain the regions or areas to identify where survey points are located.  You can also use this table to identify areas for which specific individuals or organizational sections are responsible.  The Region name may contain up to 40 characters.
