Organization Set Up Window

The purpose of this window is to allow you to enter identification information on your organization to be printed on detailed reports.  This information includes organization name, address, phone, fax, toll free phone number, Internet URL, and E-Mail address.  All fields on this window are optional and need not be filled out.  If they are not filled in, the identification information will not be displayed on the report.
