Some windows containing lists of data allow you to filter data. If allowed, you will be able to select the Filter Menu item under the Data Menu. This will display the Specify Filter Window below. To filter data, simply build the filter expression in the top part of the window as provided below. You can filter any columns displayed in the lower right part of the window. Additionally, you can use a variety of functions to filter data with the list of functions in the lower left part of the window. We suggest you experiment with this capability to learn its use.
