Sorting Data

Some windows containing lists of data allow you to sort data.  If allowed, you will be able to select the Sort Menu item under the Data Menu.  This will display the Specify Sort Columns Window below.  To sort data using this window, simply select and drag the column or columns you want to sort from the left to right.  You can also select to sort the columns in ascending or descending order.  Select and drag a column from right to left to remove it from the sorting process.
