The most important thing to keep in mind about the menus and toolbars used throughout the system is that they all work the same from one window to the next. For example, the insert button on the Routes Lookup Table inserts a blank record for you to enter in a new route. The insert button on the States Lookup Table does exactly the same thing. It inserts a blank record for you to enter in a new state. And throughout the system the insert button works the same, to include the Survey Point Management Window, where you would insert a new blank Survey Point Record to enter in a new record.
